Community Service Council of Greater Tulsa

The
Community Service Council of Greater Tulsa provides leadership to help the community work together to identify and address its health and human service needs. With a focus on prevention, the Council works to improve conditions which promote the highest quality of life for all residents, as well as to assure a high-quality, cost-effective, accessible, well-organized continuum of services which can assist people in need in a successful and caring way.

To accomplish these goals, the Community Service Council conducts research ... mobilizes collaborative community-based planning and action ... develops pilot projects ... provides information about conditions, needs, services, and best practices ... advocates for effective decision making ... supports service providers through technical assistance and networking opportunities ... and links people with helping resources.  (Read more about the Council's work in the community!)

The Council, founded in 1941, is a non-profit citizen-led United Way agencyWe welcome your ideas and involvement!
