The Child Care Resource Center is
seeking a Child Care Health Consultant. Position requires an Associate
Degree with Bachelor’s degree preferred, current Oklahoma RN license,
previous experience in training adults preferred. Position will provide
technical assistance to child care centers on health, safety and special
needs. Candidate must be able to work independently. Flexible schedule
to allow for some weekend and/or evening work. Ability to travel

Learn more about 21‑1 at: www.211Tulsa.org. ............................................................ 5/1/08: Five AmeriCorps Positions in HIV Prevention and Care The Tulsa Community AIDS Partnership (TCAP) is recruiting five members for the 14th National AIDS Fund AmeriCorps Team-Tulsa. AmeriCorps members will work in Tulsa HIV prevention and care services beginning August 15th after a week of training in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Members selected for the Tulsa team will earn a living stipend of $14,000 for 11 months of national service between August 3, 2008 and July 15, 2009. In addition, each member will receive an educational award of $4,725 at the end of their service to attend college, technical school, or work on an advanced degree. Candidates for next year's team will be interviewed by host site agencies to find the best fit for Tulsa's HIV prevention and care needs. Many former members have found jobs in HIV/AIDS organizations or in other areas of social justice, health, and human services in the Tulsa community. TCAP with support from the Tulsa Area United Way and the Community Service Council has sponsored an AmeriCorps Team every year since the program began in l994.
